2 things for your weight loss…


Weight loss is very simple If only you understand and most importantly do these 2 things…

  1. Consume whole foods also known as high-quality foods, in the right quantities and at the right time – High-quality foods are found in the sea (fish), on land (animals) or the farm, and not from the factory. These exclude sugar, wheat, alcohol and many other foods that are naturally occurring but thanks to human intervention, get overly processed, losing nutritional value or having a lot of additives that cause inflammation, hormonal imbalance, leading to weight gain, disease and lowering our quality of life.
  2. Do number 1 consistently and make it your new normal/way of life

You see, working out is very effective for managing health but not effective for weight loss.

    Wow this is amazing Jane, I also started the weight loss journey a few years back, I did even the 10 day body detox thrice, saw some changes then I backslid again. Av just finished the 21 days of no sugar no wheat and I feel so great, no more sugar intake, I hardly take wheat too. Working out has been my weakness, thanks so much girl and be blessed, still trying to fight the no carbs after 3 pm coz I hardly take lunch and I also have ulcers.

    Thanks for what you are sharing, have tried to loose weight but now the arms are becoming stubborn to shade, they are still big and fat kindly advised

    Good job, when you say no wheat what is the subtitute for the wheat eg in the morning breakfast. Eg in not in Kenya so nduma and ngwaci out of the question.

    I have a sturbon belly fat and my arms are huge,what can i do to lose fat on those areas coz last time i detoxed i ended up losing my hips and butts but the tummy was still there.Thanks for your good work and keep it up,you are a motivation to us

    Wow! Great!
    I also started by dropping all the wheat products and sugar. Increased my vegetable and fruits intake. Early supper or late lunch and snacking fruits in between.
    I started at 90kg now 78!

    Wow great inspiration the problem is I have never been a big girl but since I gave birth 3months ago I gained almost 30pounds from 140-168 I am trying not to starve my self but at the same time I need this weight of me what canvyih suggest without starving myself for the sake of my Little one ?

    Hi Jane
    Thanks for the inspiration starting of this year was weight 83kg and am on 24 years but when I started the challenge have seen a lot of changes am now 73kg.
    I started with detox starting of March this Month but I was not able to finish.i only did it for 5days .then I started again on 10th and thanks to God was able to do it right will go to the scale in Friday to see my Target.
    Am now proud of myself I can now hung out with people without fear thanks so much

    Hello…I’m feeling sweet and grateful,was weighing 86kgs in January and now I’m 80…though my tummy managed to loose 1 inch only…. hoping that I’ll be able to achieve my 70kg Target and a waistline of 30 inches..
